组角撞角工艺不同

真正的系统门窗不管是窗框还是窗扇都必须采用注胶工艺，不管是撞角注胶还是销钉注胶都可以，而不是简单的撞角工艺不注胶。普通断桥铝窗采用撞角工艺即是将铝合金角码塞入45度切割好的型材中，通过精密机器撞击挤压连接，一体成型，但是不注胶；系统门窗则在撞角工艺完成后还会多一道注胶工序。

横梁中挺连接工艺不同

普通断桥铝门窗在横梁立柱连接的时候都是采用螺丝连接加钢片固定连接，但凡是断桥铝窗都是采用的这种工艺，而系统门窗采用的是销钉注胶工艺，销钉注胶是在角码与型材之间填充上专用的胶水，专业名称为组角胶，真系统门窗为销钉注胶工艺。

玻璃配置不同

目前市场上断桥铝门窗普遍采用的是双层钢化中空玻璃，要求保温好一点的就采用三层玻璃，要求隔音更好的就选择夹胶中空玻璃，而系统门窗标配就得是三层中空Low-E玻璃，为什么这么说？因为系统门窗是一个考虑综合性能的门窗产品，而玻璃面积又占据了整个窗户面积的70%以上，Low-E三玻两腔中空玻璃的使用可以达到“冬暖夏凉”的效果，具有优异的隔热、保温性能效果；所以系统门窗的保温隔热，就必须选择高配置的三玻Low-E玻璃，否则即使型材五金密封做的再好，也无法实现窗户的节能效果。（如果商家的宣传系统门窗配置的是双层中空钢化玻璃，那不能称之为真正的系统门窗，没有考虑窗户的节能保温隔热，那能称得上是真正的系统门窗嘛）
